Without a doubt, Bratz is a rather confounding experience upon first viewing. Thank goodness, then, that director Sean McNamara is around to explain the film's deeper meanings. On the DVD director's commentary, McNamara explains it all, from the importance of not looking in the lens, to the day on set where he got to eat lots of cookies. The Slow Roll applauds his dedication in assisting the viewer to reach his artistic and intellectual level, and eagerly awaits his next doll-based feature film.
